Data we process
We process documents you submit for verification, associated metadata, account information, and usage telemetry needed to operate the service.
Retention
Uploaded documents are retained only as long as needed to produce a verification report and satisfy audit requirements defined by your account settings.
Security controls
Encryption in transit and at rest, isolated processing environments, and role-based access controls apply to all customer data.
